• Train the trainer: we develop your internal AI champion over a short series of sessions, so ongoing training and first-line judgement live inside your firm.
• Leadership briefing (90 minutes, from £750): what AI changes for your sector, what it costs, where the risk actually sits, and what your peers on the island are already doing. No hype, real numbers.
